In i-130 form, it asks for Documents You Need to Prove Family Relationship!!

and after some points it shows a note !!!

NOTE: In addition to the required documentation listed above, you should submit one or more of the following types of documentation that may evidence that bona fides of your marriage:

E. Documentation showing joint ownership or property; or

F. A lease showing joint tenancy of a common residence; or

G. Documentation showing co-mingling of financial resources; or

H. Birth certificate(s) of child(ren) born to you, the petitioner, and your spouse together; or

I. Affidavits sworn to or affirmed by third parties having personal knowledge of the bona fides of the marital relationship. (Each affidavit must contain the full name and address, date and place of birth of the person making the affidavit, his or her relationship to the petitioner of beneficiary, if any, and complete information and details explaining how the person acquired his or her knowledge of your marriage); or

The thing is i do not have any of that to submit, any ideas what do i have to do now??

Are you applying for K-1 visa? If so, you need to fill I-129F.

I-130 is for a spouse visa.

Obtain Affidavits from friend and family as desribed in listing, stating the validity of your marriage, especially from family members of the beneficiary. The more the better. Make sure you also get them from the petitoners family and friends. You can also on your next visit overseas open a joint bank account together, I also made out a will and a life insurance policy listing my husband as the beneficiary. You can obtain templates of the affidavits on this site and also google.

OP, USCIS will not expect people who live in separate countries to have the listed items. As for the 3rd party affidavits, the weight they actually carry is little to none, if you choose to include them, they need to be from people who have interacted with you both as a couple.

Items you can use for evidence of your relationship can include (but not limited to) are: pictures, copies of airline boarding passes, copies of hotel receipts, copies of any activity you did as a couple {e.g. visiting a park}, copy of passport page showing entry stamps, etc. etc.

-and if you think that the 3rd party affidavits is gona be useless ! then what do i have to do , i just wanna apply the i-130 in the right way!

Those affidavits are not required, they are suggested. Whether or not you include them is up to you. Just know that the weight they actually carry is little to none, so, if you don't want to go to the trouble of getting them, don't bother.
