I just had my medical about a week ago - I have chronic health conditions myself including asthma. You will be fine so long as your disease isn't communicable (asthma is not) and you won't be at risk of becoming a public charge - and you don't need to worry about that if your fiance submits his financial paperwork with the affidavit of support (aka proves he can support you). Do make sure your fiance has health insurance for you there or can pay for medication because coming on the K1 visa you are not eligible for Medicaid assistance.

Oh one more thing - if you have a chronic health condition, get a note from your current doctor describing your health, the medications you are taking to control it and your current prognosis/status -aka is your disease under control, long term concerns, etc, and bring it with you to the medical. I am on several medications and had to bring a medical letter to my medical. You may not need to where you are but if you want to be safe that is something you can do. At the very least bring your own list of medications to show the doctor at the medical.
