Does he have any assets to show but I've believed it has to be 3x or 5x the shortage. Say, you guys are short of $5k then he needs to show at least $15k to $25k worth.

See what others have to say.

Good luck!

Well why don't you wait with your daughter? Or why doesn't your fiancé get a second job for now? Even if you go and get your daughter later he still needs to increase his income by that time.

And as a mother I really can not understand how you can even think about leaving your kid behind? Yeah it's hard o be apart from the one you love but leaving your kid.....come on!

yes i know its sounds like an idiot but u never know deep inside its hard for me to separate my daughter but i need to choose among them my fiancee have already two jobs he work full time he cant able to add more job at all because no time to work so what should i do?he has no assets at all if i dont sacrifice one of them we both failure because i know consulate will put us public charge while if my daughter left behind there is still chances that we will live together with my daughter...i will not leaving my daughter for thousand years only just for the meantime because of our situation but i will try my best to find work as soon as possible after our marriage to help my fiance income and get my daughter soon..yes i know its hard to understand being a mother but on my part im sacrificing and its not easy to do this being away from my daughter..
