Even though the G-325 asks for some employment information, the I-134 (along with your other evidence) used at the interview stage is what they look at to determine your ability to support your fiance. From what I can remember, the G-325 only asks for basic information about you. The tax returns, employer letter, and ect aren't required for that. For the I-134, if you don't have tax returns then you need to make a letter stating why you weren't required to file. Your parents should submit theirs for as many years as is required by your particular embassy. Did you work in the past? Even though you are claimed on your parent's tax returns, you still should have your own W2 if you worked. If you are employed now then yes put it down that you are employed, at what pay rate, hours worked, time started, temp or perm., and ect (if asked).
