As for numbers to use; without the MNL, also I have read many times you can use the UID number off the paperwork from the embassy for tracking at 2GO.

Were you given a document at the embassy (last window) when they confirmed your 2GO delivery option? I believe its on that document

Oh but i don't have an appointment letter. We scheduled for an interview over the phone and they didn't send any letter. Is their other wAy to check it?ty

really they didn't send you any email? I wonder why.. When I rescheduled my interview appointment they sent me an email too because you have have to submit it at the embassy before you enter the gate.. Other option, call 2go and ask about your visa.. here's the contact number 5287-136
