Hi All,

We Have Been Touch The Whole Week After RFE Been Confirmed BUt Didnt Get Any Update Or Change Of Status In My Profolio. NO Approval For NOA2 Either...Should I Be Worry About It? Or Just NOrmal? I Need Your Opinion GUys About It. Thanks Alot And God Speed!!!

28 Jun 06 : Submitted K-1 Petition

08 Jul 06 : NOA1

13 Oct 06 : Received RFE

16 Oct 06 : Send Back RFE To CSC

13 Nov 06 : NVC Received Petition

27 Nov 06 : Packet 4 Received

12 Dec 06 : Interview And Visa Aproved!

You may have already been approved. I received my NOA2 before I even received my email confirming approval. I bet you get it soon.

Touches don't mean anything other than someone touched your file. CSC received my petition on July 18th and it was approved on September 18th. I never received any touches or anything. On September 18th, I received an email telling me I had been approved. I never had any RFE's either.

09/18/06 I-129F Approved

09/22/06 Sent To NVC

10/11/06 Received by Manila Consulate

12/27/06 Received appointment Letter (packet 4)

Same answer as before - no reason to worry because you know the RFE was received based on the confirmation information from the company you used to send it. You know from the touches they are working on your case. Try to be patient - your NOA2 will come.

Waiver approved after 10 months. Did NOT use a lawyer

You may already be a winner!! :dance:

We can only guess but these touches following the receipt of your RFE are encouraging. It is exactly what we saw when we were approved. And the lack of email and online status change means nothing - the email system is broken. You may be already approved, but you won't know it until your NOA2 arrives in the mail. Don't start the celebration though because you just never know. Those touches are a good thing, enjoy the touching!! :lol:

If your touches are anything like my touches, it may just be an approval. Take a look at my signature, after my RFE response was submitted I got a couple of touches and then came NOA2 in the mail. Let's hope this is your case. :yes:
