Just wondering how long the NVC automated message system has been down? last night and this morning I tried to see my status but the thing is down..

The AVR was discontinued earlier this year (I believe around March). You can only call NVC during the week when they're open now.

LOL then the NVC needs to stop putting it in the emails & letters they send out.......

Yeah, they haven't updated their website (last time I checked) nor the correspondence they send out. They're too lazy headbonk.gif

NVC is open on Sunday too ?

No, they're only open during the week, Monday to Friday.
