It depends on several factors, some that you control, some out of your control. You control: when you file for Advance Parole. Out of your control: how long it takes USCIS to process your I-131 application.

No, you can't. What visa are you chasing after? You have K-3 in your profile, is that right? A K-3 is an obsolete visa for married people. Are you married?

Or, you could tell us what your situation is and we could offer help on how to overcome it. What we have now is just too vague.
