Interview Approved !! Just want to thank you all you guys and Good Luck to everyone!! This is a great community !!

Now start looking into next Step :)

Is any body has experience getting married in California ? I mean how to register for marriage ?

1) Even you getting married from a religious place/person, Are u still need a Marriage Licence from court to get married ?

2) What form you need to send for AOS/AP/EAD ?

3) Court told me that "You get your Marriage Certificate in 6-8 weeks" , did we have to wait for 6-8 weeks to apply for AOS/AP/EAD

4) Is there any link you can direct me to get the help for post K1 visa interview approval.

here are your answers,although i am absolutely sure about them but would suggest you to seek advice from elsewhere as well.

1)Yes, you have to apply for the Marriage License at your local court house so you can register your marriage afterwords(you will get it the next day)

2)For AOS-I-485 , AP - I-131 and I-765 for the EAD.

3)i do not think the wait time will be 6-8 weeks.you will get it in a week for sure.

12/25/2012 EAD/AP Approval
01/05/2013 Received EAD/AP in mail

06/20/2013 AOS APPROVED!!!!!

LIFTING OF CONDITIONS

3/23/15 Mailed I-751

3/25/15 NOA1

3/28/15 NOA1 Received in the Mail

4/28/15 Biometrics Apt.

11/13/15 ROC Approved

11/18/15 Approval Letter Received

Congratulations on your K1 visa approval.

Regarding your Qs, google it for your local city in CA.

You will find tons of information...

I would suggest one thing, it is better to have the marriage date finalized now before your future spouse comes.

Sometimes, CBP officer will grill the immigrant about marriage date.
