I was angry and wasnt thinking rational. I am going through so many emotions right now. Anger, sadness, hatred , pity , revenge and so on. I dont want to suffer nor i want to waste my parents money since i didnt have a job here and i dont have any saving, I will try to choose a path which is not painfull

Thank you, i will see what i can do to get language changed on the papers and leave . I cant waste my life here when i dont have single good memory

Hi!:) Be strong and always think that this doesn't happened to you alone. You still have chance to renew or rebuild your life. God is good and He would take in control of your life, if you allow Him. Be happy that you found it out soon and not made it longer -- or else you would be living miserable in your entire life. Things happened for a good reason -- I'm sure God will reveal to you His plans for you. I understand that you are still angry, but don't keep anger in your heart nor revenge -- let God handle it for you. The money that you would be paying to the lawyer, I think that could even good to start your life once again. Don't add more to your losses / nightmares -- just think that it is a great blessing to start life once again with peace of mind.:)

I only to fight because he accused me of being a fraudulent person. I want to know if there is a way he could be proven wrong and i get off without this label

If you were ever abused, like domestic violence, then you would have grounds to stay in this country under the abused women protection. Get a lawyer soon, there are community lawyers that are free, go to the local childrens and family office and get free advise and help. those lawyers get paid by the state, they wont charge you.

Speak to a Lawyer having the annulment saying you only came here for immigration benefits is wrong, and you do not want that following you around for the rest of your life. If you sign the annulment as it is worded right now you will also be saying that it is true. He then can in turn send that to USCIS, possibly getting you for misrepresentation.

Do not sign anything without seeing an attorney.

I totally agree with this poster. This can follow you, if for argument sake, you plan to marry a USC in the future.

Nope, if you'll do an annullment than the orginal marriage never existed. Then you will need to initate a divorce if you wants to stay and ROC. But, I thought you stated that you had no one in the country to assist you.

The answer to these questions is not that simple. There are conflicting BIA decisions on this topic. Matter of Samedi supports what you say, but the more recent matter of Castillo-Sedano may not. A consultation with an attorney may be in order.

You do not need any ID to get a prepaid phone, but use your passport, green card and SocialSecurity card for iD it needed. Pepaid phones are sold in all stores, drugstore, grocery stores, etc.

You can also go to T-mobile, AT&t, verizon, etc Walmart, Target, 7-11,

Your husband is lying. Don't allow that lie to potentially affect your future.

It's highly unlikely that your husband can get an annulment. Talk to an attorney. Fight the annulment. You will win.

Instead, get a divorce. You can remove the conditions on your conditional Green Card without your husband.

Start gathering any papers which show you entered the marriage in good faith. Protect all of your documents.
