I hope I get get some information from members who have been through the Embassy in Warsaw. My husband and I are going through the lasts steps at NVC with CR1. I'm going to send IV packet next week. I appreciate any previous response from people who mentioned that Warsaw and the process there were painless.

My question is related to the AOS packet though. My current year salary stated about $23,000. I will probably pass NVC with this amount but how do they look at the income during the interview? Are they very strict? I may have my husband bring joint sposnsor papers just in case.

I know it may not be much related but when in June my husband applied for a tourist visa and showed he makes about $2,000 a month in Netherlands, he heard that it is not enough to come to US, and he got denied a tourist visa.

Thanks in advance.

Thank you. I thought I had posted in the Poland's forum under NVC but apparently not :)

Is there any way you could move my post? I do not want to post in multiple places.
