sending interview documents

Hey everyone, my fiance and I got our NOA2 on Sept 26, and are now getting the other documents together for his interview (I-134, birth certificate, etc) and wonder what is the best way to send my fiance these items? Definitely want a tracking number and a signature on delivery I'd imagine, maybe UPS? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Have you looked into Fedex? Not sure which one is cheaper. Check to see which one has a location closest to your fiance in the event he has to go there and pick it up.

I would recommend an express courier service versus a national postal service. Some common names that come to mind are UPS, FedEx, and DHL, there are likely others. Check-in at the Australia/New Zealand regional forum for more focused and informed responses.

Depending on where your fiancé lives, there's always USPS Express Mail as well. Express includes a tracking number and you can add on the signature requirement in addition to insuring the package.

I would go with Fedex or DHL. The reason I say this is I've had extremely bad experiences with the Australia Post AND USPS namely with losing original documents and not being able to track them. At least with a private courier company they are a little bit more stringent with their services.

Personally I have used FedEx, my fiancée is in Kenya and I have used it and it takes only 4day and its cheaper compared to DHL. My fiancée always pict it up. Good lucky

USPS is not RESPONSABLE for your package ones it leaves the USA, that's what they told me when one of my packages got lost

We used FedEx to send out package from Romania to the States. I was very pleased with them, it took them around 2 days. the cost was around 60$, but it was worth it.

Yeah that's what I was afraid of, I've sent a things to him previously using USPS and it would take between 2 weeks to 1 month with no tracking number available. His Valentines card actually took 6 weeks last year. I think I'll try Fedex. Thanks!
