AGGGGGGGGG im loosing it. I changed my address and even after i got letters 2 of confirmation about3 weeks ago for the change of address for both the 130 and 129 F I checked my status and I got this

Current Status:

Our last written notice in this case was returned as undeliverable by the post office on October 26, 2006. To update the mailing address so this notice can be re-sent, please call the National Customer Service Center at (800) 375-5283.

Mind you that this is the second time they send me something and it is undeliverable. I dont know why!!!!!! Last time they sent me something was in Aug and that too was sent back. Then I called and I called to ask what it was and they said that they would do a non deliverable inquery......and that id have to wait 30days to find out what it was. I waited the days out and they sent it again it is now OCT 28 and they sent it again and AGAIN they say its undeliverable. I dont understand how I can get their stupid letter confirming my address change but I dont get that pice of paper that they have been trying to send me months ago. When I called and the escalated my call the person said that both my applications where still pending she did not say that any thing was wrong and she confirmed my correct adress for both applicatoins. When I asked her what the document sent out was....she replied with I dont know. My question is .....in case that paper that they are sending out is an RFE when I call USCIS....would they be able to know if it was an RFE pending? They basically told me to wait 30 more days again and if I didnt recived any thing that they would contact the department who sent out the undelivered notice. Im just worried that the undeliverd letter id an RFE and its holding our case up. Or maybe its nothing I dont know. Eithe way it goes I have fowarded my mail also so there still should not be no reason for any thing to be undeliverable. I dont get it. Please help.

For any one out there thinking about changing your address.....dont do it.

The_dip_sticks,

When you were first advised that you were getting something from USCIS, what did the e-mail say?

That would give you a better indication of what they sent.

I did not get any email just a status change on the uscis site saying that something was returned becuse it was undeliverable.

Application Type: I129F, PETITION FOR FIANCE(E)

The_dip_sticks,

I meant before the most recent notification, the one leading you to believe that an RFE was enroute. Did that correspondence indicate an RFE?

Either way, I would keep calling them to get to the bottom of this. It may take a numerous calls to get a decent answer, but this is getting a bit ridiculous.
