My Wife and I are now filling out forms for her AOS after getting married and I have already filled out form I-134 to get her visa, and now according to the I-134 instructions it says:

Do not use form 1-134 if the alien whom you are sponsoring is required to have form I-864 instead.

However in Visa Journeys Assembling the I-485 Package: Checklist ,

it says to download and fill out form I-864 even though I have already filled out a I-134.

So do I still fill out a I-864 ??

I-134 is for K-1 process.

I-864 is for AOS process. Yes, you need to fill out a new affidavit of support at the time of the AOS, and provide new documents as supporting evidences (tax returns, pay stubs...).

It's not contradicting, it's either I-134 or I-864 depending on which process you are. :)
