I have a little problem my husband is permanent resdident he made the request in March 2012 for me and my file is at cnv for the evolution of visa bulletin I believe I have my immigrant visa until March 2014, but my husband is coming in January 2013 so I would have a baby but I know if I get pregnant the baby will be born in October 2013 the baby 5months get when I have my visa my question is immigration accepeter will I travel with my baby even if we test whether it is my husband or my baby should do the same procedure as I do and I do not want it to be separated from my baby for years . help me please

Your case is a F-2 case (Legal Prrmanent aresident petitioning for a spouse) where your baby would be allowed to get a visa to immigrate with you.

After the baby is born, you need to inform the US government agency that has your record to update your case to add your baby. You will need to provide a copy of the baby's birth certificate.

hello,im spouse of lpr too i think my pd will be current in april 2013 im pregnant now i want realy that my baby born in usa but i want to know if i get my visa after that he born can we travel together ,im asking if ther is a process and waiting time how much? or ill give in the port of the entry just the birth certificate and he can join me in the some day?????
