Hey, our interview is coming soon an we want to make sure that we have everything right.

We have pictures, about 120-130, cards from our parents for our wedding, copy of the check that his parents sent to us as a gift for our wedding( check of $1000). letter from his parents where they are saying that they meet me and spent time with me last year in their vacation and that are happy to have me in their family( letter is notarized). lease of apartment, electric bill, we have just one statement from the bank, from our checking account:( letter from the bank stating that we have a joint account, copy of our debit cards, a void check, statement from the credit card that is in both names, copy of the credit cards plus a void check. one phone bill that shows a family plan, listing of the calls that we made in the last month(i highlighted the calls between us), copy of some text messages between the 2 of us( around 75 pages), copy of our sam's club cards( we are on the same account), and the rezervation for our honeymoon( even if it was just on my name, it says that were 2 guests and it was on the date of our wedding). And also Driving licence with same address

Do we need something else?

I think that's enough. While you are in the waiting room, hold each others' hands. IO normally walks the interviewees out after the interview. If he sees 2 persons sitting like stranger, that may raise the flag.

Good luck with the interview.

I disagree that not holding each others hand will raise a red flag. While acting like strangers can raise suspicion, but not holding hand is NOT the same as acting like strangers. I think displaying excessive affection can also raise suspicion. My advise is to act like you normally do around your spouse. Be yourself.

My husband and I were whispering and giggling a lot in the waiting room. Partly nerves, partly we just like to say ridiculous things to make each other laugh. All the very serious, stoic people (aka lawyers) were giving us dirty looks, which made us giggle even more. Oh well...

Then again maybe the dirty looks were because we didn't have a lawyer. ;)

We don' t have a lawyer eighter, because we don't need one. We are together and we know everything about each other.

We just wanted to know if all the documents ( proves) that we have are enough.

I think over 100 pictures might be excessive.

I also wouldn't bring the check from his parents. I'm not sure which of you is the USC, but I wouldn't want to give the idea that his parents paid you to marry him.

Maybe I'm being paranoid, but I wouldn't bring it. The other stuff you have is plenty.

He is tge citizen, so they can not think they his parents are paying me. It was just a gift for our wedding

May be actual gift rather than check would be better.

Also, about holding hands suggestion from 'huongkhin' is like 'nice to have' and not mandatory.

For such things you can't be 100%, only you prefer doing things that help you rather those go against you :)

Remember IOs have very short time to get feel of your relationship.

His parents sent us a card and a check, they didn't sent "a real gift". I don't really understand what is wrong if they sent us money so we can buy whatever we want. His aunt sent a gift, 2 robes with Mr. X and Mrs.X. We have pictures.

There's nothing wrong with it, in the "real" world. I would just be nervous about even getting the idea in an IO's head that someone "paid". It's good that he's the USC, so his parents would have no reason to pay you. I'm just saying, I wouldn't bring it. You don't need it, you have plenty of evidence.
