We filed my AOS last July 30, 2012 and received NOA for AOS, EAD and AP on Aug. 3, 2012. I'm done with my biometrics last August 24 but got my RFE for my co-sponsor's birth certificate. We submitted it and they received it last September 5, 2012.

Do you have any idea how long it will take even at least for my EAD?

My husband and I tried to apply for bank joint account and they asked me for my social security but we missed to apply for it within my I-94 period since my husband got into accident . Also, he is under VA health insurance (which i know he can't add me) and we live with his parents.

Other than the above, we have no evidence except our marriage certificate and pictures (wedding, vacation with his family and friends). You think, we might have a problem with IO to prove that our relationship is real?

Wait for your EAD. It will arrive soon. I am in VA, filed the same forms on July 13 and received EAD on Sept 15th. Once you have EAD in hand, go to SSA office and request SSN...then get a VA driver's license, go to the bank with EAD+SSN+DL and they will issue you an account immedaitely. Don't rush things before you have EAD+SSN otherwise, you will be denied in many places. Good luck.

Why do you worry about the interview while you at the very early stages of your AOS journey?
