WHAT DOCUMENTS DO I NEED FROM MY JOINT SPONSOR???? I HAVE THE 3 YR TAX TRANSCRIPT, 2 MONTH OF PAYSTUBS, COPY OF HIS LICENSE, LETTER FROM EMPLOYMENT AND THE I-864 FORM SIGN AND DATED..... WHAT AM I MISSING??

Are you sure your consulate requires the I-864 from a co-sponsor? Usually only the I-134 is used for K-1 visas. Also, proof of citizenship or LPR status cannot be proven with a license. They need a copy of their US birth certificate, naturalization, copy of biographical page from US passport or front and back copy of green card.

What if you are using one of your parents is showing your bc with their info on it enough since it shows their state of birth?

No. You need a copy of their birth certificate or a copy of the bio page from their US passport.

For the K-1, you use I 134, not I 864. Also, proof of citizenship or LPR.

Phase I - IV - Completed the Immigration Journey

Also if you are using the joint sponsor to combine incomes you need to fill out the I-864a.
