Vermont has been slow not just for K1 but for all the other adjustments.. I am processing ROC and been waiting since February and no signs of changes.. as of today, Vermont is processing ROC eff December 2011.. go figures..

Are referring to applicants to VCS?

Some cases may be expedite, but you are still under the normal timing..

Yet they recently updated k1's to march 5.. ironic how that worked out for me right? wacko.gif I'm sure I'll get the same old line but no problem in trying.

Funny thing, I am loosing it not thanks to VSC, lol

Honestly, since we have been there before [K-1, AOS] we have learned to seat and wait.. For my current process [ROC] Vermont is working on December 11, 2012.. It may sound pretty close but knowing them, it may be much longer.. We could have a problem if we are planing to travel and the GC / Extension has expired but other than that, we know for sure it will arrive, sometime in the near future [thinking positive]

Now for the other cases, K1, AOS, is my understanding they are moving some cases to local offices with jurisdiction authority. I remember seeing the note but cannot find it..

Hey, the fact is, no matter how many times you call, how many congressman you write.. VSC is plain slow [lazy maybe?]

dannyb85, I'd be a little worried by not having a copy of it in case some or part of it is lost, plus not knowing exactly how or what you sent in. I would suggest making three copies of everything going forward and anything that requires a signature should be inked for all three copies. That way you've got a complete set ready to hand in should your documents get misplaced and still another set for yourself. When I did ours I made three sets, mailed one in, sent one to my fiancée and keep the third for myself. Anyhow, what's done is done so don't worry too much as I would think the lost and/or misplaced submissions are a very tiny percentage. Good luck on your journey.
