Hello,

My wife and I filed our I-485 forms more than a month ago but we haven't received any NOA1. However, we have received her bio-metrics appointment date which is in exactly 1 week.

This worries me because we have no documents giving her legal precedence in the USA since her K-1 visa has expired.

Can anyone attach a picture of what a I-485 NOA1 form looks like so I can check everything I have again?

Also, I am 99.9% I don't have it so can anybody point me in the right direction for whom to call?

Here's a copy my NOA1 (don't pay attention to the red line.. I did it for something different). I would call USCIS and ask, because a month sounds like a lot of time. Use the number on this NOA
