D, I wonder -- it looks like there's some truth to that. I know someone else who has the same NOA1 as I do (12/5/2011), her case complete was early October and she got an interview date for Mexico ASAP. I hope this is true because I'd like to have an interview date within a freaking year of starting this god forsaken process.

So in theory, I should get an interview date before the other ES filer whose NOA1 was in 2/2012, even though their case completed about 3 weeks ahead of mine?

This is the thing I have notice that someone with case complete may get scheduled a interview before you (we talking same embassy now) but they will not get a date before you. I have seen it just these last 3 months people scheduked a week or two ahead and long comes someone like you and you get your interview but because of your priority date your interview date will be before there's.

So don't worry about when people get scheduled you will be before them if your PD date is. But like u said because EL Sav was having issues (what was the issue) they are just back logged to heaven.

Have you tried emailing embassy and calling DOS did you mail your letter request a expedite. I would be calling Obama. Heck I may over my missing mail this is so no bueno.

Received an email from NVC that they sent my husband's package to Lagos, I guess they wasn't lieing because there it is on DHL lol.. Sometimes you have to be a bugging boo to get them moving on your case.
