I have a couple questions if anyone can help. My fiance arrived in the USA the end of February and we were married in March. We're just now doing her {and her daughters} adjustment of status. So here are my questions...

1. For her name do I now put my last name as her family name now that we're married?

2. For her current USCIS status...do I put "out of status" since she is? And what about the date?

3. Do I need to fill out a seperate form for her 10yr old daughter?

4. The g-325a...is it different from the one I sent in for my K1 package?

I'm sure I'll have a ton more questions but this is just a start. Any help will be appreciated.

If she will be legally using her married name from now on, then yes. Fill out all the forms in the name she will be using from now on. That is the name her EAD/AP and green card will come in

2. For her current USCIS status...do I put "out of status" since she is? And what about the date?

K-1 and the expiration date of her I-94. See the example form: http://www.visajourney.com/examples/INS-Form-I-485.pdf

3. Do I need to fill out a seperate form for her 10yr old daughter?

Yes. Check out this thread: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/287035-calling-all-k-2-aosers-past-and-present/

4. The g-325a...is it different from the one I sent in for my K1 package?

You need new G-325A forms for all applicants.

I'm sure I'll have a ton more questions but this is just a start. Any help will be appreciated.
