i'm flying off to see my fiance next month to celebrate easter with him - after 7 months of not seeing him. we're gonna visit my relatives back home and i get to meet his father too in their province. i hope by the time i come back in april from this vacation we could hear some update from VSC in this case, our NOA 2. even if we get an RFE that's good news - at least we know that someone is reviewing our case.

I'm an October filer and I just got approved! 124 days since I submitted - wasn't that amazingly fast? I don't know how mine was done so quickly, but I'm certainly not complaining. I hope everyone else is approved soon!

that's awesome!!! What Service Center did you apply through? I think the CSC has lost their minds in July for some reason.

Hopefully this will help us out

On February 13, 2013, USCIS transferred some casework from the Vermont Service Center to the Nebraska Service Center to balance overall workload with processing capacity at the centers. The affected casework includes the following forms:

• I-821D, Consideration of Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals

• I-765, Application for Employment Authorization (when filed concurrently with the I-821D)

• I-765 Worksheet (when filed concurrently with the I-821D)

Effect on Customers

As a result of these changes, Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) requestors may receive a letter from USCIS letting them know their request for DACA is now pending at the Nebraska Service Center instead of the Vermont Service Center.

Hopefully they can concentrate more of their time on K1 cases now
