Hi everyone,

We are also Oct., NOA1 on 10/30/2012 at VSC. It's nice to see many Sept. folks getting NOA2's and even some Oct. cases according to Igor's list. Best of luck to everyone.

The October one on the CSC list was an expedite, so I wouldn't look too hopefully at that one just yet. The September ones appear not to be, however (again, CSC - I've stopped looking at VSC).

I'm a November VSC filer myself.

Just wanted to say that I'm going to be excited when I start seeing some October filers! We'll probably start seeing some approvals by the end of the month for those at VSC, and possibly CSC considering how random they've been.. It seriously seems like they forgot about July altogether.

I have this theory that some Adjucators either lost some July cases or they took the cases home and were somehow attacked or went missing. I have no idea, just wild speculation lol.

I hope you guys are holding in there! I'm sure lots of you are getting excited by now. (:

Best of wishes!

Hey everyone! We've made it to the 5 month mark! not that it's worth much anymore with the way processing times are going, but at least we're getting closer! Congrats to us all :)

I REALLY hope CSC starts picking up the slack!! It makes it really difficult for my fiance and I to plan our lives when we don't know when the visa will go through!! We are facing a paradoxical situation right now: I (USC) am currently interviewing for teaching jobs for the upcoming school year but I'm reluctant to sign a year-long contract without knowing when the visa will go through! On one hand, if I accept the job and for some reason the visa doesn't go through, I'll have to back out of a signed contract and move abroad on short notice. On the other hand, if I put off signing a contract to wait for the visa to go through then I'll likely be without a job which defeats the purpose of us living in the U.S. We've decided to stay confident about the process and just wait it out.. there's no reason that we should be denied *(knock on wood)*. but it's hard not to imagine the worse case scenario.

It's really frustrating to have our future PENNDIINNNG upon the ultimate decision of the government and to have no control in the matter.. I'm sure you all understand my frustration!!

Anyway, I hope these upcoming months go by in a breeze and that we will all have NOA2s & Interview dates very soon so that we can all get back to the arms of our loved ones (L)^_^

I feel the same as you do. I have just started a new job about a month ago...moving abroad is not possible for me, (I have a 9 year old daughter.) It's approval or nothing for me. I think all the ducks have been lined up though. Luckiliy(?) for me I've planned the meagerest of weddings once she arrives. I think we'll have a larger celebration later, once she is settled in and we get all the follow-up ####### done, (AOS and EAS and AP, and all those other initials.) I just want this done so we can plan the rest of our lives.

Again...hang in there October!!!!

AGREED!!!

Our wedding plans are pretty minimalist as well. We're planning on a courthouse wedding and then a reception with family and friends. Not much has been decided besides that BUT the wedding bands are being molded and will be ready in two weeks!! :D My fiance will be bringing them with him when he comes!(L) Very excited!

Have a great week everyone :)

Cheer up October!! As you've probably read, overload cases have been transferred to Texas!! More time for the CSC staff to start whittling down on the K-1 applications!!! There's a glimmer of light at the end of the tunnel!!

Hang in there!!!

Ack, it's getting to that annoying stage where you're hoping and hoping every day that you'll hear something soon. Going crazy is pretty standard!

I keep checking, once or twice a day, hoping to see at least a touch but nothing has been done since Oct. 25th. :(

Here's to hoping we all hear some good news soon!

We're getting married at a grill/restaurant up the road from me. I seem to spend too much time there anyway. Even got the mayor on board. LOL

I subscribe to the thought that we are just over 1/2 way there to the NOA2, so if it happens before end of June, then I will be pleased but I won't be disappointed if it doesn't happen at the 6th month mark (April). Now, my fiancee the positive thinking filipina still believes we will be approved before May.

Here is to hoping but not throwing all my eggs in that April basket.
