yea I was talking about USCIS tier 2

havent called NVC yet i might do that today lol

Yes you can start calling NVC. Usually it takes a few days to get to them. Now this is the thing they receive it from USCIS. They will say "we have recieved but you aren't in the system that can take up to 15 business days". You keep calling because you want your case# and IIN#. So call them dail. Read that #1 and #2 post have your papers ready and within 30 days all goes well you too can be in the interview quque for December. So get on it. And congrats my friend.

you are so correct! I called today and I told the lady i got approve last week lol she didnt even want to check. she said its a waste of time bcoz it takes 15 days to get to NVC then depending on the type of case another 10 to 20 days to get it processed in...I am going to keep calling every day I just hope the waiting time on the phone gets better, had to wait 20mins today :huh:

Trust me ...don't listen to them about their 15-20 days.. keep calling they close at

01/28/12 - I-130 Application filed and sent

02/07/12 - I-130 NOA1 Received neither email nor text.

07/12/12 - Received NOA2

NVC:

08/02/12 - Case number received

08/06/12 - Invoice ID Received

08/09/12 - Aos bill & Ds-3032 received

08/09/12 - AOS bill Paid

08/13/12 - Ds-3032 Accepted

08/15/12 - IV Bill received

08/15/12 - IV bill paid

08/23/12 - Case Completed

09/14/12 - Interview date:10/17/12

09/14/12 - checklist received
