G-325A - I missed something

I received my Fiance's signed G-325A today and I am going over everything and double checking. I just now noticed the very last thing it asks, to "print name and alien registration number in the box outlined by heavy border below". I did not fill this in and my Fiance's form does not have it filled in. I originally thought it was only for people with an alien registration number, which we don't have. After looking at the example in the K1 guide on this site, I see they have it filled in but don't have an alien registration number. Should this be filled in, and if so, is there a way I can add it to my Fiance's form?

If you don't have an alien number why would you fill it in. just put None. so nothing is left blank.

Yes, the name should be printed in that space provided. 'None' would be correct for A# if there is none, but you should write in the name for the beneficiary on the beneficiary form and the petitioner on the petitioner form.

So I should put the name in the places for the name, and put none for the alien registration number? Now since I already have my Fiance's singed form, can I just write her name there, or should I have her print, sign, and send me another one?

Sorry to bump this thread again, but I would just like to know if it would be OK to write my Fiance's name in the area I talked about, after she signed it?

Encase I was not clear... on the G-325A form, the last thing it asks for in the heavy bordered box is Applicants Family Name, Given Name, Middle Name, and Alien Registration Number. I did not fill any of that in thinking it was only for people with an alien registration number. After double checking her form after she signed it and sent it to me, I saw an example on this site that had the name filled in and "none" for the number. If I write in her name, of course my hand writing won't match her signature, so I think it would be obvious someone else wrote it. Would there be any issue doing that or should I have her print, sign, and send a new version?

Thanks.

If it is already filled out and signed, then just neatly print her name and None for A# in that box. I do not think there is a need to have her redo and sign a new form to mail back to you again.
