Hi to the one who posted this message! I'm interested on what's the update on your application of N600K for your child/ren? Were you granted and were they given a B-2 Visa immediately? What other process did you undergo?

Also to everyone, especially to these who can help us;

I am also considering on filing an application specifically N-600K as I have not met 1 requirement which is the physical presence of 5 years, 2 after 14. I am a US citizen by birth in the USA. My parents are also a US Citizen but decided to live here in the Philippines. They acquire the 5 years physical presence. Can I already apply my biological 4 month old son? or does he have to be 2 years old before I apply him?

Thanks in advance.

If you and your son are not relocating to the US, then you can go with N-600K. You can use either your own or your USC parent's physical presence to meet the requirement. Since you don't meet it, you would use your parent's physical presence. You can apply at any time.

Thanks for your reply! I know this is not going to be an easy one since it will also take processing time. Have You undergone in this process as well?

May I know if you are aware if I should provide the USCIS USA with enough evidence that I will go back here in the Philippines or is it that I should provide the evidence at the USCIS Manila where my son will obtain his visa (tourist or b2)??

Also what are the primary proof's of residency does my parent (my child's grandparent) can show? Can he only show his certificate of naturalization, active service in the military and US Passport? Because I think its all he's got. Unless he can pull his social security number. His old pssports where his departure and arrival and US is not available anymore (maybe my mom lost it) because it was already probably 15-20 yrs ago

Thank you so much.

I meant he is not active in the Military anymore. He is already retired but has the record that he has worked there for 10 years.
