Does anyone know how to get through the automated phone system at CSC to talk to a real person? They definitely don't make it easy!!!

I don't know if it still works, however you used to just hang around until it thought you had a phone without keys to press and then they'd transfer your call to a human.

EDIT: Don't use the "i forgot case number" method. It said to me to call back when I had located it.

NP - please leave some feedback in your topic here when your fiancé went through the USCIS automatic click maze. USCIS changes the menu from time so it's good to have updated info on VJ to escape the click-press within less than 5 minutes.
