Hello, my name is Kayla. I really need help to change my husband's status from International student to Permanent Resident. My husband, Sebastian,who came to the United States to study about 3 years ago. We fell in love and have been dating since Jan, 2010. Recently, we have made a big decision in our life, marriage. We just got marriage on Sep,2. Right now, he would like to change his immigration status. What can we do? In addition, i am going to have my Citizenship in January 2013. What should we do? Which form should we file? we highly appreciate. Thank you so much
