you guy really helped me setting it all up and sending it it all and after our 6 month wait it got approved. What forms do i need to get next? what do i need to do? will she recieve information in the mail as well? i cant believe it ! :) also do i need to send her my original documents? should i go with her when her appointment date for the embassy is given? thankss soo much

OK thanks!! also another question i have a co sponsor that will fill an affidavit for me. I have different Jobs but get paid under the table for them because the bosses don't want to pay the normal way :( been trying to find other jobs so much but haven't been able to. Will my fiancee be receiving a notice in the mail as well with the embassy and steps she needs to take?

Yes. They will be sending her instructions on what she needs to do on her end. There will be some forms for her to fill out and documents to gather (birth certificate, police certificate, etc)

You will have to fill out an Affidavit of Support even if you don't meet the requirements. Your co-sponsor will have to fill one out as well and provide supporting evidence.

First of all congratss :dance: now you can buy a cake and celebrate :dance: after that you wait a couple weeks for NVC to give you case number and than they will send it to your fiance's embassy ,after that packet 3 will be sent in email and it will tell you how they will process and give you interview date and what to bring with your fiancee to interview.

Thanks guys it really is a wonderful thing for people to be together and to have that special someone. On my affidavit should i list my jobs even if im getting paid under the table in cash and check? and what kinds of extra evidence should a co sponsor present? iI just spoke to my co sponsor and they asked me what kind of extra evidence they needed. Thanks guys. I was ecstatic when i read the letter, and my fiancee just yesterday was telling me i think they forgot about us and she was all sad, and then when i told her the news today she could not believe it!
