Today, I am finalizing the I-134 form and supporting documents. I believe I am over the 125% HHS povery guidelines. All of my supporting documents will be sent as copies only. So far, I have the following:

- 2008 to 2011 Transcripts (good suggestion by a fellow VJ'r. The delivery was quick).

- Employer Verification Letter dated 10/15 2012 (Thank you Employer!)

- 2008 to 2011 1040s and W-2s

- Paycheck Stubs 06/2012 to Present

Question # 1: At the bottom of the form's second page, there is a blank line after the first sentence of the Oath or Affirmation of Sponsor, what did you guys do with that line? I am not so sure if I should initial it, sign it, or leave blank. When you let the cursor pass by it, the cursor says "Enter Relationship" which does not seem appropriate to add. I checked the sample form on this forum, and the sample had that line blank. Can you confirm?

Question # 2: Bank Statements - Do I still need, some VJ'rs state that bank statements are not needed. I can print one from my bank's website since the monthly statement is available online. Do I really need this? Even more, do I need a bank letter?

Question # 3: The transcripts, stubs, & 1040s all have my personal information such as SSN. Do I send the documents unaltered? or do I cross out those confidential information?

Thanks everybody! I will be working on the Ongoing Relationship. That one will be a doozy.

1) The line is just a divider line... nothing goes there.

2) Bank statements are not needed unless you are using assets in your account.

3) I left all that info in mine but I was there for the interview so I didn't sent them FedEx, I don't have a good answer. I know my gut says to black out all but the last 4.

Embassy will only be interested in your most current tax return/transcript.

Thanks Guys! I won't include my bank statements. The bank statement won't prove anything except I have assets in the bank. I did not include that information I-134 anyway, so I don't think they will ask.

I won't black out the information.
