I went for my interview in Sep 10..and the officer told me she's going to update my case as soon ill leave....But i receive a letter from the officer yesterday asking for more evident....cos i come here with F1 visa,but but i never make it up with the registration in school...which am sure am out of status....But the Officer asking for School Id Or school transcript from the school...But in anther email which is my wife case i 130 was Approved.....so what do you guys think i can do?Cos my wife was a USC

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

Day7 -- 2012.05.15 Emails/texts acceptance confirmation at 5:16pm
Day8 -- 2012.05.16 Checks been cashed in the morning
Day11--2012.05.19 I-797C 4 hard copies received.
Day14--2012.05.22 Biometrics Appointment received. Scheduled for June 5th.

If you came here on a student visa and didn't go to school at all, you are in trouble my friend. Not even a semester? You need to get a lawyer if that's the case and I doubt a lawyer will be able to help you...

If you came on an F-1 to attend school and then didn't attend school at all, that's probably a problem.

You should consult with an experienced immigration attorney.
