What a Long Process This Is

For those of you that feel like you are waiting and waiting for things to happen -- If your approval for your K1 to interview is the average 170 days there are those of us who get to 300 days that think it will never happen. God has his ways and his timing and for those who are patient things make their way through the system. I told one girl while at the U.S. Embassy in Manila ... I think we should change our national emblem from an eagle to a snail. It doesn't do any good to get mad, stomp your feet, constantly call or yell at any of the case workers so don't even try that -- it just delays the process. Be polite and be understanding. They have all the power in their hands to make your journey smooth or rough. My fiancee witnessed many girls at St. Lukes yelling, screaming and crying during the process. The sputum exam process is the worse part of the whole thing. Not knowing is a terrible thing to have to wait about.

I was grateful that I was able to make five visits to the Philippines because it really broke up the waiting process. I know some of you guys just cant leave your jobs like that and still make your house payments. I don't know how you do it! True love has a way of making the long haul seem shorter and yet patience is shortened through the process also. I have learned that there isn't an obstacle that can not be overcome with patience.
