MY FIANCE JUST PICKED UP HIS PACKAGE AND ON THE LETTER IT TELLS HIM THAT HIS VISA FEE WAS $260.00 AND IT DOES NOT MENTION NOTHING ABOUT THE $140.00 HE HAS TO PAY AT BANCO POPULAR, NOW WE CALLED BANCO POPULAR AND THEY TOLD US THAT HE IS TO PAY THE $140.00 PLUS THE $15.00. SO IS IT THE $140. PLUS $260. THE COST OF THIS VISA????? I REALLY LOST IT!!!!

The total fee is $240. You pay $160 at Banco Popular, then at your interview you will pay the remaining $80. The $15 is to process the fee.
