Hello, I'm new here and i was just wondering if anybody on this forum is also in the process of their citizenship in the area of Hialeah? i just got my letter for the interview and i filed back in September 01 2012... or maybe somebody just did their interview in Hialeah and I just wanted to know when was their oath schedule for? please let me know... Thank you!

Okalian,

The Immigration Officer asked me after the Interview if I wanted Tallahassee or Gainesville? so I will not come back in Jacksonville I said I prefer Gainesville because its near for me. She said ok the office will send you the schedule of Oath Ceremony and it will be in Gainesville Courthouse.

I don't think there's an oath Ceremony there. My roommate had his oath in Jacksonville.

Is it necessary to bring photos to the interview? (Considering that my husband will be sitting inside waiting for me :devil: )

Upd. I mean family photos, of course.

BTW, I got a letter from USCIS saying that I need to bring 2 more passport photos with me :wacko: Where did the previous two disappear? I did a good job getting them at the postal office! :lol:

I ask everyone here (Visa Journey) 2 days before my Interview or last week the same question and two people reply yes...So I did.

2 passport size again...But the Immigration Officer didn't ask for it. She just ask me to sign on the two pictures I sent with N-400 forms.

Not sure what to say to you but maybe I can use these extra to apply for my passport.

Good morning to everyone! Checked USCIS website this morning for my status... now waiting for my letter with exact date and place...

On January 9, 2013, we placed your application in the oath scheduling que.We will send a notice when the ceremony is scheduled.

The officer didn't asked any picture. Just my passport (even expired). Well I didn't apply based on marriage. I am more than 5 yrs green card holder. But I sent all the required documents with the N-400. Pictures I submitted was just 2 passport size pics.

04. 17. 2009 - service request

04. 20. 2009 - filled senator's form which we got from him

04. 30. 2009 - another senator called us up

05. 04. 2009 - NOA2

05. 08. 2009 - NVC

06. 16. 2009 - interview (8 months since NOA1) passed

07. 03. 2009 - leaving for Texas. Go Rangers

07. 25. 2009 - officially married

08. 28. 2009 - AOS process started

09. 08. 2009 - NOA1

09. 30. 2009 - AP approved

10. 02. 2009 - I485 was forwarded to California, yay!

10. 13. 2009 - biometrics

10. 13. 2009 - EAD production was ordered

01. 04. 2010 - AOS approved

Done till Oct 2011!

11. 16. 2011 - NOA1

12. 16. 2011 - Biometrics
