I have a pending I-485 due to my waiver application for a 2 year home residence. I was an exchange teacher who married a US Citizen. USCIS sent me a letter expressing that AOS will only be granted if the waiver is approved. We have applied for Hardship Waiver and it is pending.

The main concern is my application with I765 (work authorization). It has been almost two months now and it is still pending. I need to work to keep us afloat with too many bills, etc, etc.

Do you think my I765 application will be approved? I have job offers from different schools and till I get that document, I can not work.

Please advise. Many thanks.
