11/5/13- SSN's received

12/2/13-GC's on hand

US Citizenship soon...

08/13/2012: I-130 sent to Chicago Lockbox from Jordan (Nahda Office)

08/21/2012: NOA1

8/21/2012 : NOA1 Hardcopy

8/28/2012 : 1-797C Action Transferred to NBC (Assuming sent to Atlanta Local office...but no telling)

O9/4/2012 : Last touched.

2/26/2013 : Infopass with Atlanta (confirmed file is there and no action yet. To be started in March)

03/18/2013 : 2nd Infopass (No review or processing of any stand-alone I-130s for 60-90 days. URGHHHHHHHHHH)

04/6/2013: NOA2 (228 days from NOA1)

NVC

05/10/13 USCIS Atlanta letter to me confirms this date as sent to NVC

05/20/13 NVC Received Case (Waiting on case number)
06/7/2013 NVC case number assinged
06/7/2013 Choice of agent complete now awaiting fees

Gave up tracking when I left overseas...but we are almost done biggrin.png!

TERMINATED SEPTEMBER 27, 2012.

'Me too.I recieved today a notice of transfer in the mail.Says it's transfered to NBC.I'm not sure if the USCIS web site will show an update that it's in NBC because now it says 'Inital review- On Sept.27 we transfered this case to another office....' Anybody can tell me ?

09/27/12 NOA1 hardcopy recieved
09/27/12 Case transferred to another office for processing (Jurisdiction)
10/03/12 Received notice of transfer. Transferred to NBC in Missouri
10/03/12 Checked USCIS.gov/Notice of transfer to another USCIS office for processing
12/19/12 NOA2!!!!!

01/24/2013 Got the Case and IIN #
01/24/2012 E-mailed DS-3032

01/24/2013 AOS bill invoiced

The las update you got it means that your I-130 is not anymore at the NBC it is now in an USCIS office I think close to the place you live!!!

I live outside of the US and we stated our foreign address on the forms.So where it is transfered, to which USCIS office?

We are in this situation as well. And we are living abroad.

I think the auto-expediting chances are low now, given everything that's going on. And it's difficult to say what the processing times will be, also.

But we are still hoping for the best and excited about moving to the US in the near future!!

07/10/2012: Married!

USCIS:

09/04/2012: I-130 sent from Santiago, Chile (USC living abroad)

09/07/2012: NOA1 Date - California Service Center

09/18/2012: Case transferred to NBC for processing

09/24/2012: Case transferred to another office for processing

11/29/2012: NOA2. Yeah!!!
