I am about to submit my file for my fiance and her two boys but I am not sure if I need to do anything other than include the boys names on the I-129 form or do I need to fill out a separate one for each of them. She and her boys, ages 4 and 10, are planning to move to the US. I have passport style photos for all of us and the G-325a form for each of us. Is there anything you can tell me about filling for a VISA with children?? Thank you for your help.

Welcome to the forum.

Be sure to list the children as indicated on your I-129F petition. At this stage of the process, the USCIS is interested in learning more about you and your fiancee, more information about the children will be required later. When the forms ask for information about the children provide it. Form G-325A is only needed from you and your fiancee.

:guides: They can be easily accessed by hitting the "Guides" button at the top of the forum page. In there you will find an excellent step-by-step K-1 visa guide. Start assembling the required documents for the children, it will be needed later at the visa application and interview phase.

The DoS Nonimmigrant Visa FAQs has some good information about the process, including info on the children; and can help you better understand the process.

All you need to do is to write the complete name of your fiance children on the I-129 form. You dont need to fill up G-325a for her children,,Only you and your fiance..Like what we did before...Goodluck!!!
