What initial forms do I need to file to have her stay here with me? Her visa expires on Nov 6th and I might have to travel for work before that. So we get married and after that what do I need to provide to USCIS?

Thanks.

You need to send the whole package at once. It's not like you can send something that will let her stay legally and then follow up with the rest. You don't have a lot of time, but it's ok. It's good if you can get the package filed before her visa expires, but if you're a little late, it won't hurt you. But get married before she overstays and get the paperwork in as fast as you can.

You need to start collecting documents. When you read the guide, you'll see. She has to go for an exam with a civil surgeon, you need copies of birth certificates, passport photos, etc. You'll need a copy of your marriage certificate. It's going to take a little while to get everything, so you should get on it.
