Any suggestions are greatly appreciated !!!

Filed N400 With my wife on 08/20/2012.

Went to Center for Fingerprinting with wife on 09/11/2012

My wife got Interview Letter on 09/25/2012 (Scheduled for 11/26/2012).

Mine still show intial review

Anybody on same page ??

Any suggestions?

Already called F.B.I. @304-625-5590. They no longer provide information, need to call USCIS. Called them and was told my case is still in processing time.

What to do ???

Wow that's fast for an interview letter. Not sure what to tell you about your case being "stuck"... sometimes the online updates don't keep up.

It's a bit soon to worry - I'd sit tight for a while.

You should hear something soon.

No need to worry at all, some wait beyond 90 days to hear back......

Most of us have been waiting for months.

Thanks for your input !!

Are you also stuck at intial review ? The thing I don't understand is that my wife got the interview letter but I have no updates at all..no even soft update. Last time update was done on 08/27/2012 (before fingerprint).

I guess have to wait and find out.....

I went through the first few stages quickly - from filing to in line for interview in 31 days. Did early biometrics 2 weeks before my scheduled date.

I've been in line for interview since 7/30. No word on anything until Monday 10/1 I got a yellow letter requesting I bring my driver's license to the interview - but no IL yet. Hopefully within a few more weeks.

Lots of people get stuck in initial review, and more get stuck in line.

Update.....

My case has moved to In Line for Interview !!!!!

I had called USCIS last week and talk to a level-2 rep. Explained him the situation and asked her to open a service ticket. I would advise all who are stuck on initial review to talk to USCIS and ask them to open a service ticket.

Will keep you guys informed.

To answer your earlier question that I didn't see til now... after 30 days in line I called and got the script, and a reference number. Was told that the DO would respond within 15 days. During that 15 days, the blurb on the website changed to read, to call if nothing is received after 90 days. :( Nobody ever called back. The 90 days will be up around Oct. 29th, so if I have nothing by then, I'll call again, and give my reference number. Not much point in trying before that.

I got a YL on Oct. 2 asking me to bring my state-issued driver's license (that's a waste of postage and paper, IMO LOL!) So I'm hoping that I'm moving up the queue, however slowly. No online updates, no texts, emails or calls as of yet. Checking my mailbox daily.
