Whatever guys. If you want to think that Bush is Hitler II then go right ahead. I am all for what he did and I can only pray that the next president has the same guts to take these lunatics on. If someone doesn't then you can lie in your grave knowing you held onto your principals while the terrorists win.

Again, you're not addressing the issue. Bush says we don't torture and that's a lie. No way to get around that, Gary. No amount of justification for the treatment of detainees is going to lesson that lie.

I don't think Bush is Hitler. I simply think that there is a large difference between being a "strong" leader and being ethical.

So what? We are not using water boarding any more. Although the instance you sigh there wasn't the only thing that person was charged with. It was only one of the things he was charged with.

Certainly but if what he was doing wasn't "torture" why was it included in the charges?

For all of those who think we are the bad guys and had no business taking out Sadam I really think you should look at the videos. It shows the true face of evil and it was our obligation as humans to stop it.

We aren't the bad guys, but we had no business going into Iraq. As retired Gen Odom the former head of the NSA under Reagan said "The invasion of Iraq I believe will turn out to be the greatest strategic disaster in U.S. history."

That being said I have no problem with these guys getting some water poured on them if it gets them talking. We have yet to release a video of one of them blindfolded and later there body and head are found out on some road.

Is the Army mistaken about what is torture?

What manual does the terrorist use,can you say machete to the neck till head detaches from body! theres some human rights!
