Is having a third person on house lease a red flag?

Does having another person on my house rental lease other than my wife would spoil my case? we have 2 bed rooms , one for the other guy and one for me and my wife. he is also married and visited by his wife over the weekend.

We had court marriage without any witness as we planning a grand marriage with all our families in India in December with grand reception . So do not have much to show from our marriage right now. we also did not share ring as I wanted to do in presence of all my family(as part of my culture). But I do have followings

1) house rental lease together

2) joint bank account

3) Joint electricity bill

4) She is authorized user my Credit card account

5) Photo from her visit to India to meet my parents, her parents were also there

6) lots of pics of US since 2009

7) Added her on my health insurance

8) She is beneficiary of my 401k

9) Joint phone account

10)Lots of pics from last week get together of with my sister, her husband ,my father (visited us from India) and lots of other guests .

11) mail conversation since 2006

12) Telephone call record, we talked everyday

13) she is on my house insurance

14) She born in India and we follow same religion, also we are of same age. ( hope it will help).

2009 - Came to US on F1 visa
2009 - met my long time online friend and fell in love with her :)
12/2010 - Graduated
03/2011 - started working on OPT
03/2012 - STEM started
05/2012 - wife naturalized to USC

07/06/2012 - Got married
08/06/2012 -(day 0)- AOS package sent USCIS
08/08/2012 -(day 2)- AOS package delivered to Chicago USCIS lockbox
08/13/2012 -(day 7)- NOA for I-130, I-485, I-131, I-765 through email and text
08/18/2012 -(day 12)- Bio-metric appointment letter received - date 09/07/2012
08/20/2012 -(day 14)- Walk-in Bio-metric done(day 14)
08/24/2012 -(day 18)- Hard copies of NOAs for I-130, I-485,I-131 and I-765 received through mail
09/11/2012 -(day 36)- Got message for Interview date on 10/15/2012
09/13/2012 -(day 38)- Hard copy of NOA for Interview
10/09/2012 -(day 64)- EAD and AP approval notice
10/15/2012 -(day 70)- Interview
10/16/2012 -(day 71)- Approved
10/17/2012 -(day 72)- Combo card rcvd(EAD and AP)
10/19/2012 -(day 74)- production of new card ordered
10/20/2012 -(day 75)- Welcome mail
10/22/2012 -(day 77)- card mailed
10/24/2012 -(day 79)- GC in Hand :)

what you have is more than sufficient.

6/19/2012 - Biometrics completed.

7/02/2012 - Text/email/hard copy notification of interview.

7/30/2012 - EAD card production ordered.

8/02/2012 - Interview @ 2:00

8/02/2012 - Email notification of GC production at 5:30pm

8/07/2012 - Second GC production email

8/07/2012 - EAD received.

8/08/2012 - GC mailed.

8/09/2012 - Welcome letter and I-130 approval letter received.

8/10/2012 - Green card received. :)
