HI, need some help i filed my wifes papperwork back in june and know it is in the vermont center. i have recieved some news and my wife needs some medical attention and would like to have my wife have the operation in the states.talking to ucis today they have put in a request for a faster process time so my wife can come here.does anyone have any experience with this and what are my chances of my wife comming faster. i have a notice from a doctor in the states and from the country my wife is from saying the operation needs to be done in the states.Thank you for any help

Chances depend on how serious the situation is, and how much different the medical care is in the home country vs the USA. Keep in mind even an expedited spousal visa can take a few months. If time is of the essence, you may ant to look into getting her a tourist visa for medical travel purposes.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.
