Greetings!

My husband has called the NVC on the first week of September and he came to know then, that my case has been completed already but they are waiting for the appointment to be scheduled with the Mumbai US Consulate. Now my question is, I have already checked the October's schedule but my case # is not there (http://mumbai.usconsulate.gov/interview_appt_schedule.html) so can I expect the interview date in the month of November or last week of October? Please let me know. And do NVC will notify me through email as well?

NVC is done scheduling for October interviews, so will be for a November date

And yes once they Schedule a date, you be notified by email.

NVC will start scheduling November interview in 2nd week of october (i.e. next week), you and you husband will be notiofied by email.
