This is not just being enjoy but there is love.. i love him..now i am confuse. :crying:

In my opinion, anyone who has been divorced six times has a problem which love won't solve.

What you mean?

The above in bold, is what 'Tahoma' means!

Has nothing to do with love. Now you understand why he has been divorced six times before?

I had a friend who have an identical situation where her husband the US citizen was married 5 times, (3 of them to foreigners which one of them obtained GC ), if you still waiting for your interview at the embassy, I would recommend the US citizen to be present because most likely this will come up in the interview. No law is against multiple marriages even from foreigners as long as every marriage started with a divorce decree from the prior marriage and was entered in good faith and not to help anyone stay in the US. My friend passed her interview because the US husband was present to answer about all these marriages.

Good luck

Thank You..Surely he would be here.

Sounds like either he picked the wrong girls or has commitment issues. Do you know for a fact that he didnt have any other foreign spouses or is that what he is telling you. Me personally I dont think I could get divorced 6 times. I would have hung it up and not worried about getting married again after the second time. How old is your husband/fiance? (I am guessing you guys are already married or thinking of getting married...your timeline isnt filled in and it just shows that you guys are applying for CR-1/IR-1 visa)

That would be too much of a red flag for me to even have interest of being with that person. If you both stay together and apply for the visa, best of luck to you.

He was not the one who starting divorce that what he told me.

Yes and beside he was not the one starting divorce.

Divorce in America happens, is 6 times more than normal? Yes, but there are many factors to consider. First and foremost is his age? How long was he married to each? Did he father any children? What type of employement does he or did he do?

My brother was married 7 times, in most cases, his job and child was the main reason for his failed marriges. Is he a bad man, no, if I was woman would I marry him, no.

You need to do a further back ground check on his past to make sure he is legit, I know that you do not have a lot of money, but being resourceful can be very helpful.

Best of luck on your journey.

Darling, if you love him and you trust that he loves you, his past or your past should not be an issue. Trust me, maybe he has finally found the right person for him. Check your heart. Check your trust in him.

I, personally, would not feel comfortable uprooting my entire life for someone who's clearly shown that the level of commitment a marriage requires is too much for them.

It's not a reason for denial, but of course the US Consulate will pay some "extra" attention in your case.

Did you hear about red flags? I would stay away from someone like him. In my opinion a man divorced six times or he has a serious commitment problem or he is a good actor hiding part of his story.Good luck.

If you go ahead with it then be prepared to answer very detailed questions about all 6 ex's. Names, addresses, what was the reason for divorce

etc.etc....

Take plenty of time to observe his behavior and assess your relationship for an extended period of time before jumping into filing, to see if his true colors show.Watch for possible addictions or anger outbursts. Either all 6 women had problems that he failed to recognize before he married them, which

seems a bit odd, or he has some issues that the women discovered and said oh heck no and left.

Be careful !
