You all remember having to show proof that vaccinations were done for the K-1 interview right? Well, if we have that proof is that what is needed for the AOS or are there more vaccinations that need to be done? HEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEELP!!!!!! :)

7-14-06 - VISA DENIED DU TO LACK OF EVIDENCE

8-1-06 - Second interview - VISA APPROVED!!!!!!!!!!

9-29-06 - He arrived!!!!

10-19-06 - Married at a small ceremony

11-10-0 - sent AOS package

11-17-06 - RECEIVED NOA1 for AOS and EAD

11-27-06 - RECEIVED BIOMETRICS APPT 4 12-14-06 WOOOO HOOOOOOOOOO

2-1-07 - RECEIVED E-MAIL THAT EAD WAS APPROVED!!!!!!!

2-3-07 - RECEIVED EAD CARD IN THE MAIL!!! Lucked out on that one!!!

I got a Vaccination Worksheet from my medical in London. We sent a COPY of the same worksheet with our AOS application. I know others have done that too and *some* didnt get a RFE for vaccination related issues and some did.

Today we got our RFE but its NOT for vaccinations, its for I-864.

I submitted my vaccination worksheet with my AOS application as well. I had all of my vaccinations complete and did not need anymore. I did get the vaccination supplement completed by an approved doctor here in the States to bring with me to the interview in case it was required, but my AOS was transferred to California and I was approved without an interview.

I have a copy of the vaccination worksheet done in Brasil for the K1 interview. The thing is I still need two vaccines that weren't completed 'cus of the timeframe between the shots. I had one done today and received a paper stating that I did so. Do I have to go through all medical now to get this information updated? Or can I get a doctor to fill in a new worksheet with updated information without doing the whole medical?
