Every embassy is different. I would check the website of ur embassy it should state.

And expedite don't know guess that's a question to ask at interview. I am sure its no but doesn't hurt to ask.

Depends on where you live.. honestly it's case to case basis.. nobody can tell.. I am from manila and got my visa 10 days after My interview including holiday and weekends.. my friends who had the same interview date w me got her for 2 business days and my other friend is about 2 weeks..
