Hello the USCIS sent me a letter askin I-864 again even I did already just wondering why? I came here with my 10 year old son do we have to fill-up 2 separate I-864 form if so,

In Part5: No. 21. Persons you are sponsoring in this affidavit:

Do I have to write 2 ( me and my son) and if my son need to fill up same form what do I have to write on him?

And at 25. Federal income tax return information.: Do I have to write all 3 consecutive income tax return of my petitioner? Thank you and will appreciate any kind response.

Welcome to the forum.

Remember, the K-1 visa has served its purpose, and is now null and void. Move on to the next step in your visa journey, the Adjustment of Status (AOS) process.

Check out the forum's excellent K-1/K-3 AOS guides:

http://www.visajourney.com/content/k1k3aos,'>http://www.visajourney.com/content/k1k3aos,

including the K-2 AOS tips, for great information:

http://www.visajourney.com/content/k2-visa-adjustment-of-status-tips.

The I-485 can appear to be daunting, please check the forum's example form, as a general reference:

http://www.visajourney.com/content/k1k3aos

Finally, there is an AOS forum, with a K-2 stickie note at the top of the forum page:

http://www.visajourney.com/forums/forum/7-adjustment-of-status-green-card-from-family-based-visas/.

I found these resources very helpful when filling out the AOS forms for my stepson.

Good luck on your visa journey.

Completed: K1/K2 (271 days) - AOS/EAD/AP (134 days) - ROC (279 days)
