I know alot of people been concerned so here it is off their website.

Workload Transfer from Service Centers to Field Operations

USCIS wants to notify customers and stakeholders that some work that USCIS performs at the four USCIS service centers (Vermont, Nebraska, Texas and California) will be transferred to a Field Office or the National Benefits Center (NBC) in order to balance the overall workload with processing capacity. The chart below summarizes these changes.

Case Complete to Interview spreadsheet

2/27/2020: Combo Interview (ROC and Citizenship)
3/31/2020: submitted service request for being pass normal processing time
4/7/2020: Card being produced
4/8/2020: Approved
4/10/2020: Card mailed
4/15/2020: 10 year green card received

5/21/2019: Filed Online
5/21/2019: NOA1 Date
6/13/2019: Biometrics Appt
2/27/2020: Citizenship Interview
4/7/2020: In queue for Oath Ceremony to be scheduled
6/19/2020: Notice Oath Ceremony scheduled

12/2/13-GC's on hand

US Citizenship soon...

What if the USC lives abroad? Does anyone know what the corresponding Field Office would be? Thanks

07/10/2012: Married!

USCIS:

09/04/2012: I-130 sent from Santiago, Chile (USC living abroad)

09/07/2012: NOA1 Date - California Service Center

09/18/2012: Case transferred to NBC for processing

09/24/2012: Case transferred to another office for processing

11/29/2012: NOA2. Yeah!!!

It should mean that the petitions go through quicker, but it's good to remember that October is the end of the fiscal year for the US govt. November is probably when you'll see a bigger pick up in work, which then might taper off at Xmas time and pick up again in the new year.

Also on the USCIS website it says:

Effect on Customers

As a result of these changes, customers may receive transfer notices, requests for evidence (RFE) notices, notices of decision, or other correspondence from a different USCIS location.

Stand-Alone Immediate Relative I-130s will be transferred from the Service Center to the National Benefits Center (NBC), and then routed to the appropriate Field Office. Customers will receive a notice indicating the case was transferred to the NBC, but that notice will not indicate the final local Field Office location.

10/03/12 Received notice of transfer. Transferred to NBC in Missouri
10/03/12 Checked USCIS.gov/Notice of transfer to another USCIS office for processing
12/19/12 NOA2!!!!!

Has anyone called and been told that there petition is at there local field office just curious to know.

Nah,we haven't called but web site says Initial review-on sept.25 we transfered this I130 to another office...NBC btw
