Have your marriage license with you, in case you get questioned at POE on why your name on your passport doesn't match the name on your green card. :)

Some members never got questioned but it can happen, so bring it with you.

Yes, so book your plane ticket with the name on your passport (always). You will show your GC when you will come back to the US. If the officer at the airport tells you something about your name not matching on your GC and passport you will have your marriage license as a proof.

No problem here. :)

Will this apply to USC too? I'll take my fiance's last name when we get married and make my current last name as my middle name.

Yes, and the document you need is the marriage certificate, not the marriage license. The license is the thing you get beforehand that gives you permission to marry, it does not prove you are married.

AOS for my husband

ROC:
5/23/12: Sent out package

That's right, sorry for the confusion. In SF, they have one combined paper (it's titled "License and certificate of marriage") but it's 2 distinct papers in some other places/states.

you can also go the Philippine Consulate in your area and apply for amendment of passport bearing your married surname. http://www.philippineconsulatela.org/consular%20services/conserv-ppt.htm#3
